Under the coordination of the Governor of the North Western province and with the guidance of the Commander of the Army, a cleaning programme was conducted on 28th January 2025 at the Kurunegala Railway Station as part of the “Clean Sri Lanka” initiative. The programme involved the participation of 01 x 30 troops of Sri Lanka National Guard and staff from the Railway Department.
