Major General PR Pathiravithana USAWC psc, the Colonel of the Regiment, made a formal visit to the 11th Sri Lanka National Guard on Friday, 31st January.
During this visit, the respective Commanding Officer warmly welcomed the visiting Colonel of the Regiment according to military traditions before the briefings were presented. Afterwards, the visiting Colonel of the Regiment addressed the troops, highlighting the vital role of Sri Lanka National Guard soldiers and the importance of their professional development.
The Deputy Centre Commandant and Senior Officers were also present during the visit.
