Brigadier PDLAC Sirisena RSP Lsc was offered a Guard Turnout to felicitate his promotion to the rank of Brigadier accordance with military traditions on 19th August 2024 at RHQ SLEME.
During the felicitation ceremony Brigadier PDLAC Sirisena RSP Lsc had a curtsey call with the Colonel Commandant of SLEME and Director General Elecetrical and Mechanical Engineering Major General C Kalutharaarachchi in his office and received congratulatory remarks.
Centre Commandant Brigadier HDAN Hettige, Several Senior officers, Commanding Officers, Officers and Other Ranks attended to the felicitation ceremony.
