The 10th Army Inter-Regimental Handball Tournament, organized by the Sri Lanka Army Handball Committee, was held in an excellent manner from July 24-27, 2025, at the Army Indoor stadium at Panagoda, with the participation of 192 male and female players representing 12 regiments of the Sri Lanka Army.
In the women's final, the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps team won the championship by scoring 26 points.
