Kids learning at the Viru Kekulu pre-school, Pallekele, showcased their sports skills and aesthetic talents during the annual Sports Meet held at the pre-school premises on 10 May 2025.
Mrs Nilupa Kodithuwakku, a Senior Member of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU), graced the event as the Chief Guest.
All the children joyfully took part in a variety of sports events and entertaining activities, including a band display, games and more. The day’s proceedings were filled with excitement, and a separate drill and band display added colour to the programme. The Chief Guest presented prizes to the children who took part in the day’s events.
Major General K.A.U. Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, General Officer Commanding of 11 Infantry Division, Senior Officers, Officers, pre-school teachers, parents and children were present at the occasion.
