President of ASVU Visits ASVU Facilities

Mrs. Swendrini Rodrigo, President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) visited various ASVU managed facilities on 10th January 2025.

The visit included the Seva Vanitha Budget Centre, Bakery/Canteen, Gents Saloon, Ladies Beauty Salon, Mini Banquet Hall, Tailor Shop, and Welfare Shops and Canteens at Akuregoda and Kinnadeniya, as well as the Sunflower Village.

She emphasised the importance of maintaining cleanliness, displaying goods attractively to draw customers and improving the quality of sanitary facilities, building upkeep, and personal hygiene. She also highlighted the need of using high-quality materials in food preparation and other manufacturing processes, aiming to provide superior services and products.
