The Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha Branch (GW-SVB) organized a Christmas celebration at the Veterans Home in Bolagala on 15 December 2024, under the guidance of Mrs. Dilrukshi Wimalarathne, Chairperson of GW-SVB.
In conjunction with the event, a Christmas carol, a lecture by a priest, and an interaction session were conducted with the contributions of members of GW-SVB and units of the GW. The event included tea and lunch offerings to the residing veterans, followed by the distribution of gift packs by Santa Claus.
Members of GW-SVB, Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the event.
