Sri Lanka College of Military Medicine Hosts Awareness Programme for Pregnant Servicewomen

The Sri Lanka College of Military Medicine organized an awareness programme for serving pregnant ladies in the Army, Navy, and Air Force on 29 November 2024 at the Army Hospital Narahenpita Auditorium.

A total of 120 pregnant mothers participated in the programme. The President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU), Mrs. Janaki Liyanage, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

During the programme, the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAMC–SVB) distributed gift packs from ‘Nature Secret’ to the pregnant mothers, while the ASVU arranged a delicious lunch for all attendees.

The Chairperson of the SLAMC–SVB, members of the SLAMC–SVB, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
