SLSC-SVB Conducts Donation Program

The Sri Lanka Signal Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSC-SVB) conducted a donation program for students from low-income families of Dharmasoka Vidyalaya, Aruppala, Kandy, on 21 November 2024.

The event was graced by Mrs. Ganga Herath, Chairperson of the SLSC-SVB, as the Chief Guest. During the program, 41 students received school accessories and gift packs containing pastels, colouring pencils, maps of Sri Lanka and the world, mathematical instrument boxes, scissors, and glue. Additionally, lunch packets were provided to the children.

At the culmination of the event, a collection of storybooks was handed over to the school principal to be used in the school library. Members of the SLSC-SVB, Officers, Other Ranks, the school principal, staff, and students participated in the event.
