SLLI-SVB Hosts Culinary Workshop

The Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI-SVB), in collaboration with Nestlé Lanka Private Limited, held a Culinary Workshop on 9 November 2024 at the SLLI Regimental Centre. Mrs. Darshaniee Yahampath, Chairperson of SLLI-SVB, attended as the Chief Guest.

The workshop conducted with the participation of 150 spouses of Officers and Other Ranks, providing them with skills to initiate small-scale confectionery businesses. Nestlé Lanka Private Limited agreed to supply raw materials at a subsidized rate to those interested in self-employment, with opportunities to sell their products at SLLI canteens.

Members of SLLI-SVB, Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks also attended the event.
