SLAWC-SVB Celebrates World Children’s Day with Art Exhibition at Panagoda

The Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAWC-SVB) celebrated World Children’s Day with an art exhibition at the Panagoda Sri Bhodhirajarama Temple on 4 October 2024. The event was held under the guidance of Mrs. Udula Kasturimudali, Chairperson of SLAWC-SVB and Major General S. Kasturimudali RSP ndc psc, General Officer Commanding of the 56 Infantry Division and the Colonel Commandant of SLAWC.

Thirty-five children participated in the event. The program featured engaging activities, entertainment sessions, and the distribution of gift packs and snacks to the children and attendees. Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks were present for the celebration.
