Members of MIR-SVB Visit ‘Abimansala III’ at Pangolla

Under the guidance of Mrs. Priyanga Wickramasinghe, the Chairperson of the Mechanized Infantry Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (MIR-SVB), members of the MIR-SVB visited the ‘Abimansala III’ Wellness Resort in Pangolla on 31 August 2024 to inquire into the wellbeing of the resident War Heroes undergoing rehabilitation and recuperation.

During the visit, the Chairperson, along with members of the MIR-SVB, donated clothing items to the resident War Heroes. Major General M.G.WW.W.M.C.B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) and Colonel of the Regiment of MIR, delivered an inspiring speech, and the event concluded with a tea session for the War Heroes.

Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the visit.
