Members of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAGSC-SVB) conducted a visit to Abhimansala II, Kamburupitiya, under the guidance of Mrs. Thushari Abeysinghe, Chairperson of SLAGSC-SVB on 30 August 2024.
The purpose of the visit was to inquire about the wellbeing of permanently injured War Heroes undergoing rehabilitation at the centre. They also observed the handicrafts made by the residents.
Following this, the Chairperson presented each War Hero with a gift pack consisting of essential items. SLAGSC-SVB also organized a lunch for the veterans, staff and participating members.
To conclude the visit, the Chairperson penned complimentary remarks in the Visitors' Book.
Senior Officers, Officers, and members of SLAGSC-SVB participated in the visit.
