4 (V) Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps (SLAOC) conducted a donation programme at the Children’s Development Centre in Wattegama on 27 June 2024, under the guidance of Mrs. Iresha Fernando, the Chairperson of the SLAOC - Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAOC-SVB), and Major General E.M.M Fernando Hdmc Lsc AATO, Commander of the Logistics Command and Colonel Commandant of the SLAOC.
During the programme, a lunch was offered to the children, and gift packs were also provided. Additionally, dry ration packs and essential items were donated to the Children’s Development Centre. The children added more colour to the day with a entertainment programme featuring singing and dance performances.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the programme.
