Members of SLASC-SVB Visits Abimansala I, Anuradhapura

The Sri Lanka Army Service Corps - Seva Vanitha Branch (SLASC-SVB) visited the Abimansala I, Anuradhapura on 02 March 2024 with the intention of inquiring about the wellbeing of War Heroes undergoing recuperation and rehabilitation on the premises.

The visit was conducted under the guidance of Mrs. Chandi Rajapakshe, the Chairperson of SLASC-SVB and the members of SLASC-SVB had a cordial interaction with the resident War Heroes. While the interaction took place, they also distributed gift packs for residents and essential items to the wellness resort.

Afterwards, the visitors engaged in offering tea for the inmates. Subsequently, musical event was also organized to uplift the spirits of the War Heroes, providing moments of joy and relaxation.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were also present during the visit.
