The Special Forces Seva Vanitha Branch (SF - SVB) organized a donation program at Weera Madduma Bandara School in Pallepola on 01 March 2024. The event was carried out under the guidance of Chairperson of SF – SVB, Mrs. Anoja Peiris and Colonel of the Regiment Special Forces and General Officer Commanding, 57 Infantry Division, Major General J.P.C Peiris RWP RSP ndc, with the aim of supporting the education of primary school children by providing school bags and essential stationary supplies.
The program also featured a delightful lunch and entertainment session, bringing joy to the faces of school children.
Moreover, SF troops also conducted a thorough cleaning program in school, ensuring a safe and healthy space to pursue children’s education.
The Centre Commandant of SF, Colonel H.S.W.K Galhenage RWP RSP USP psc, Senior Officers, Officers and members of SF - SVB participated in the event.
