SLAWC-SVB Hosts Workshop on Importance of Mental Health

Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps - Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAWC-SVB) hosted an informative workshop on "Importance of Mental Health" at the SLAWC Regimental Centre, Borella on 09 February 2024.

Lieutenant Colonel Kumudinie Amarasinghe Muthaliff (Rtd) of SLAWC, a Psychological Counselor and EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), led the session at the invitation of Mrs. Nayomi Gunaratne, Chairperson of SLAWC-SVB.

The insightful session was attended by Officers, Other Ranks and members of SLAWC-SVB.
