Under the guidance of the Chairperson, Mrs. Priyanga Wickramasinghe, Mechanized Infantry Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (MIR - SVB) conducted a Spectacles Donation Programme at Regimental Headquarters on 15 January 2024.
Generous financial support was provided by Mr. Jagath Pushpakumara, along with the foundation members of the Pushpakumari Foundation.
Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, the Director General General Staff at Army Headquarters and the Colonel of the Regiment, Mechanized Infantry Regiment graced the occasion as the chief guest. Center Commandant, Staff Officers and Other Ranks played pivotal roles in ensuring the success of the event.
