The Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment – Seva Vanitha Branch (VIR-SVB) members visited the ‘Abhimansala - 1’ (wellness resort) at Anuradhapura on Saturday (23 Sep) with the intention of inquiring about the well-being of those residing war heroes.
Mrs Himali Pussella, Chairperson, VIR-SVB graced the event as the Chief Guest. During the visit, she inaugurated the renovated Eacle Broom Manufacturing unit in the premises as an additional income-generating project.
Further, VIR-SVB members joined residents for a delicious tea arrangement and did not forget to distribute some gifts among them. Senior Officers, Officers and members of VIR-SVB also took part in the event.
