SLAGSC-SVU Members Give School Bags to Mother Unit for Distribution

The Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps Seva Vanitha Unit (SLAGSC-SVU) members, appreciative of the diverse roles of the mother wing, the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) gifted 60 school bags for distribution among sons and daughters of war heroes during a recent ASVU's award of scholarships.

This stock of school bags was symbolically handed over to Mrs Janaki Liyanage, President Army Seva Vanitha Unit by Mrs Eranga Hewawasam, Chairperson, SLAGSC-SVU during the awarding ceremony.

Members of the SLAGSC Seva Vanitha Unit, Officers of the ASVU, and a few other members also witnessed the event.
