Venarable Polpithimookalaane Pagnnasiri Thero, a renowned Dhamma preacher on account of Vesak Day delivered a timely Dhamma sermon at the Colombo Army Hospital premises, following a request made to the monk by the Chairperson, Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps-Seva Vanitha Unit (SLAMC-SVU), Medical Specialist, Dr. Nilmini Fernando and the membership.
Brigadier Crishantha Fernando, the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps, Brigadier Thusitha Hettiarachchi, the Center Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps, together with the Chairperson, SLAMC-SVU, ladies, Senior Officers and Other Ranks of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps listened to the preaching.
Moreover, the sermon was listened via online by over 800 other ranks and patients currently receiving treatment in house at the Hospital in Narahenpita.
