The Chairperson, Sri Lanka Armoured Corps-Seva Vanitha Branch, (SLAC-SVB), Mrs (Dr) Harshini Bothota donated a sewing machine to the wife of late trooper R.A. Indrakumara of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps after visiting his home at Bandarawela on Monday (22 May).
The project was initiated to uplift the living standard of the particular soldier’s family with the financial support of the SLAC-SVB.
The Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, Major General D.B.S.N. Bothota RWP RSP USP psc, the Chairperson of the SLAC-SVB, Mrs (Dr) Harshini Bothota, the Centre Commandant, Brigadier P.N. Wijesiriwardane, SO I (Log), Lieutenant Colonel A.M.A.G.B Ubesekara and SLAC-SVB Coordinating Officer Captain P.S.H. Muthukumarana were present at the event.
