The Chairperson, Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha Branch (GW-SVB), Mrs. Manori Welagedera, together with several Seva Vanitha members visited the Mihindu Seth Medura Rehabilitation Centre in Attidiya on Wednesday (5 July), together with several Seva Vanitha ladies.
The trip was meant to inquire about the well-being of those differently able War Heroes currently receiving in-house treatment.
During the visit, the Chairperson, GW-SVB donated one emergency light and several cement bags, useful for ongoing construction works in the Mihindu Seth Medura compound.
The GW-SVB also gave away cash cheques, each worth Rs. 2000/= to all War Heroes as incentives.
