Consequently, “Sahitha Sanhitha” new library was brought to a successful completion on 12th June 2024 by the Commanding Officer of 1st Battalion Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps, Maj E M H C De Saram psc SLAWC with the provision of all Officers, Other Ranks and Civilians.

Under the guidance of Mrs. Udula Kasthurimudali, President of the Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps Seva Vanita Branch (SLAWC - SVB) with the supervision of Maj HHH De Silva SLAWC the Commanding Officer of 3(v)SLAWC , a new library was opened for the members of the 3rd Volunteer Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps – Sandunpura. The new library was opened on the 16th of June 2024 by the President of Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps Seva Vanita branch who participated as the Chief Guest in the opening ceremony of the new library.

The new library was opened on the 16th of June 2024 by the President of of Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps Seva Vanita branch who participated as the Chief Guest in the opening ceremony of the new library.
