Captain Dilhari Fernando 1st Battalion Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps and Major Anuruddha Doowearachchi Engineer Service Regiment celebrated their wedding ceremony on 11 March 2020 at Saffron Beach Hotel Wadduwa.
The former Secretary of Defence and the Commander of the Army, General Shantha Kottegoda WWV RWP RSP VSV USP and Mrs Sonia Kottegoda were participated for the ceromony. Furthermore the Colonel Commandant of Engineer Service Regiment Brigadier R Ganegoda psc,the Centre Commandant Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps Brigadier R M J B Rathnayake RSP and many senior and jonior officers were together for their wedding ceremony.
