Troops of 4th Volunteer Battalion Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps along with 14 Battalion Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment offered special lunch to teachers and children at Kalamurippu Government Tamil Mixed School on 30 March 2023. This Programme was initiated with the supervision of Brigadier DBL Kolonne USP, The Brigade Commander of 641 Infantry Brigade under the guidance of Mrs Shyamali Wijesekera, President of SLAWC Seva Vanitha Branch and Mr Jaan Vimarshane Kurera provided the financial contribution to the project.
The programme was coordinated and carried out under the assistance of 641 Infantry Brigade, Commanding Officer 14 Battalion of SLSR and 4(v) SLAWC and the troops.
