COLONEL BCK FERDINANDEZ DELIVERS AN INSPIRATIONAL SPEECH AT THE INAUGURATION OF ‘YEHELIYA’ FEMALE ASSOCIATE NETWORKING FORUM AT CINNAMON LODGE, HABARANA.

Cinnamon Lodge, Habarana launched the ‘Yeheliya’ Female Association on 28 th February 2019. On an invitation from Cinnamon Lodge, Habarana, Commander of the Army has directed a senior Lady Officer to deliver a speech at the inauguration of ‘Yeheliya’ Networking Forum. Colonel B C K Ferdinandez Colonel (Legal) – RHQ SLAWC sharing her experience as an Army Officer, addressed the forum on ‘hidden and neglected issues to make a better work place for the women working in the hotel industry’ with the guidance of Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps.

This was conducted to all female employees at the Cinnamon Lodge. Habarana and also Managerial Staff including General Manager and Human Recourses Manager were among the participants.
