Sri lanka army woman's corps celebrated their 19th anniversary on 18th of November 2016. Starting from a prideful Guardturnout and Ceremonial Parade. After the parade marking the anniversary day there was a all rank tea party.
Series of events as an evening session there was a Bodhi poojaseromany at sriGnanaseehaViharayaBoralla to invoke blessing to Regimental Center, Col Comdnt, All Battalions and All Rankers as well as rejoicing merits and remembering fallen soldiers in war time.
As the final event of corps day programme held a delicious all ranks dinner with many dancing and singing entertainment events On 24th November 2016 with the participation of the Col Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps Brig DTN Munasinghe.
