The foundation stone-laying ceremony of the proposed new WO\'s/Sgt\'s Mess at RHQ SLAPC, Pelawatta,Mathugama, was held on 09th June 2016 morning, amid religious blessing. Centre Commandant, Officers and other ranks attended the occasion. \r\n
