SLAPC TROOPS IN ACTION WITH FLOOD DISASTER IN MATUGAMA AREA
Troops of Sri Lanka Army Pioneer Corps of the 582 Bde under the 58 Div and SFHQ (WEST) rose to the occasion with flood disaster and cleared a huge tree bushes that has fallen on across the river and bridge on 19 May 2018 at Lewwanduwa in the remote area in Matugama.
Army troops of SLAPC with the support of villagers within a few hours to take away the entire tree bushes removed from the premises.
Villagers and Government Authorities thanked to the Army for their speedy pick up action and support for the removed.
