Sri Lanka Army Pioneer Corps presented a Vesak Lantern, which depicts “Angulimala Jathakaya”, to Buddha Rashmi Vesak Zone at Gangaramaya, Hunupitiya in Colombo.
Over 500 creations of Vesak Lanterns from Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Civil Security Department, Civilian Organizations and individuals were exhibited at the Budhdha Rashmi Vesak Zone, Gangaramaya. Following Vesak zone was displayed on 05 days for public from 29th April 2018.
