The level of services and training depend on where troops and trainees are serving and available welfare Facilities. That's why, at the beginning of the Army Training School - MADURUOYA, It has been providing variety of welfare facilities for the trainees as well as permanent staff. The units of welfare facilitated such as Book shop, Canteen, Saloon, Tailor shop, Library and Laundry are being helped to the training troops to fulfill their basic welfare requirements inside the camp itself. Specially, CANTEEN facilities are available to the trainees - daily hours from 9.00am to 10.00am, 3.00pm to 4.00pm and 6.00pm to 9.00pm. So far it has been providing an ample welfare service to the school trainees and staff. Further above mentioned welfare units, which facilitate the various services to trainees and they have access to resources that help them to keep in touch with family and friends back home.
