VISIT OF THE COMMANDER 1 CORPS TO BATTALION TRAINING SCHOOL KATUKELIYAWA ON 19 JUNE 2025

Major General WMPM Wijesooriya RWP RSP ndu the Commander of 1 Corps, paid his official visit to the Battalion Training School Katukeliyawa on 19 June 2025.

Upon his arrival, the Commandant of the Battalion Training School Colonel LAPMK Liyanaarachchi warmly welcome to the Commander of 1 Corps honored him in a Guard turnout by 06th Battalion of Vijayba Infantry Regiment troops at the Battalion training School entrance. During the visit the Commander of 1 Corps pose for a group photograph with School staff and Plant of a Sapling.

Meanwhile, the Commander of 1 Corps address the all staff and guided them in between inspecting the school, after the conclusion of visit the Commander of 1 Corps participated for officer’s mess lunch.
