Holding a Coriander Dansala

To commemorate the Sri Lankans who have sacrificed their lives for national peace, a Kottamalli Dansala was organized on 10th June 2025 in front of the 58th Infantry Division. This initiative was conceptualized by Major General PKWWMJSBW Pallekumbura RWP RSP ndu psc, the General Officer Commanding of the 58th Infantry division. The event commenced at 1900 hours and continued until 2200 hours, and around 3,000 civilians participated. The GOC, along with other senior officers, officers, and non-commissioned officers, actively participated for the program, ensuring its successful execution. Additionally, a Poson lantern designed by the 58th Infantry Division Headquarters was unveiled for public display at 1900 hours by the General Officer Commanding.
