COMMANDER 1CORPS VISIT TO SPECIAL FORCES BRIGADE

The commander 1 corps, major general WMPM wijesooriya RWP RSP ndu undertook an official visit to the special forces brigade on 17 April 2025. During the visit, a formal military ceremony was held at the sf brigade headquarters.

A guard turnout was presented to the commander 1 corps at the main entrance by special forces troops. colonel GWEK Ganegoda RWP RSP USP the commander special forces brigade extended a warm welcome to the 1 corps commander along with the presence of the commanding officers and brigade staff.

The addressed the troops of the sf brigade motivating them with his insights and guidance following the address, the commander joined an all ranks, tea with officers and other ranks, providing an opportunity for informal interaction and experience sharing.

The visit concluded with the signing of the visitors’ book after which the commander extended his best wishes to the sf brigade and all under command troops for continued success in their future endeavors.
