ASSUMING DUTIES OF COMMANDER 532 INFANTRY BRIGADE (RSF)

Colonel CP Wickramarathne RSP USP of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment assumed the office as 14th Commander of the 532 Infantry Brigade (RSF) in Mawanagama, Sandunpura on 01 January 2024, amid religious rituals and military formalities.Guard Turnout was presented by 19 Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment troops.

Afterwards, He assumed office by symbolically placing his signature on an official document amid ‘Pirith’ chanting by the Maha Sangha. After assumption of duties, Commander of the 532 Infantry Brigade (RSF) addressed officers and other ranks of the Brigade Headquarters and set out his vision in future.
