GENERAL OFFICER COMMANDING OF 58 INFANTRY DIVISION MAJ GEN HDWKN ERIYAGAMA RWP RSP CONDUCTED HIS FIRST OFFICIAL VISIT OF 582 INFANTRY BRIGADE AT ELAKANDAWATTA AND AFFILIATED BATTALIONS OF 1ST SRI LANKA LIGHT INFANTRY AND 9TH BATTALION THE GEMUNU WATCH

The 19th General Officer Commanding of 58 Infantry Division Maj Gen HDWKN Eriyagama RWP RSP conducted his first official visit of 582 Infantry Brigade at Elakandawatta and affiliated Battalions of 1st Sri Lanka Light Infantry and 9th Battalion The Gemunu Watch on 03 Oct 2023 and 04 Oct 2023 after assuming the duties. Accordingly, amidst the warmly reception by Commander and staff of 582 Infantry Brigade and after the getting on Guard Turnout the General Officer Commanding of 58 Infantry Division attended for the planting of sapling and attended for the group photographs with Commander 582 Infantry Brigade and all staff. Then the General Officer Commanding attended for the briefing of Commander 582 Infantry Brigade and the briefing of the Commanding Officers of affiliated Battalions. Finally General Officer Commanding of 58 Infantry Division address the troops of 582 Infantry Brigade.
