1 CORPS TROOPS LAUNCHES BOOSTER VACCINATION DRIVE CONSECUTIVE FOURTH DAY

Troops of Headquarters 1 Corps and Forward Maintenance Area Kilinochchi troops, have contributed to the National Vaccination Drive Against COVID - 19 pandemic under the programme of “Vaccination Week” for the consecutive fourth day in an around Kilinochchi area, in coordination with the medical staff of Army Base Hospital - Kilinochchi. Vaccination centres were established at Army Base Hospital Iranamadu, Kilinochchi, Civil Security Department Office - Vishwamadu and Kilinochchi, Common Hall – Muhavil and Natkulam. There were 312 persons were vaccinated. The ongoing vaccination drive contributes to the national vaccination drive in order to, achieve its desired objectives.
