PLANTING OF 100 ‘ALPONSU’ MANGO SAPLINGS

Planting of 100 numbers of “ALPONSU” mango saplings inside the 58 Infantry Division Headquarter premises was carried out on 03 December 2021, with the instruction and guidance of General Officer Commander 58 Infantry Division Major General Rohitha Aluvihare RWP RSP ndu psc in parallel with the program carried out at Headquarters Sri lanka Army Volunteer Force under the thought of ‘HUSMAK SITAWAMU’ program initiated by Loins Club Negombo with the intentions of adding trees to the environment, while empowering the economy of the establishment by mango harvest. Colonel General Staff, Colonel Jude Kariyakarawana RWP RSP USP, Staff Officers of the Division, and Other Ranks took part in the event.
