PASSING OUT PARADE OF THE AIR MOBILE COURSE NO - 25

The Passing Out Parade of the Air Mobile Course No - 25 was the grand culmination of the Airmobile Training School (AMTS) adorned ceremonial garbs on 11 January 2023 morning and inducted well-trained 3 more Officers and 140 Other Ranks of the Reserve Strike Force (RSF) who completed the Basic Airmobile Course No-25 at the AMTS, amidst greetings and best wishes during an eventful formal ceremony, dignified by the presence of Major General Nishantha Manage WWV RWP RSP psc, Director General General Staff, Commander 1 Corps and Colonel of the Regiment Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment as the Chief Guest.

The day’s Chief Guest on arrival at the premises was saluted at first in a ceremonial Guard Turnout and invited to receive the salute of the parade, presented by the day’s passing out graduates after Major General PGPS Rathnayaka RWP RSP ndc, General Officer Commanding, 53 Infantry Division (RSF). Major General WTWG Ihalage RWP RSP psc, General Officer Commanding, 58 Infantry Division, Brigadier PS Subath Sanjeewa RSP psc, Commander, Airmobile Brigade and Major HDSN Subasinghe RWP USP, Chief Instructor, AMTS welcomed Commander 1 Corps.

Later on, the day’s Chief Guest was invited to award laurels and certificates to the best of the best in the Course No. 25. S/485112 L/Cpl Jinarathne JSC – 3 GR received the award for the Best Student and the Best Shooter. S/473575 Cpl Bandara WMDN - 3 GR received the award for the Best Student in Physical fitness from the Chief Guest.
