AT THE OCDC, A LECTURE ON "LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES AND COMMANDER EXPERIENCE"

Commander of 1 Corps, Major General Harendra Ranasinghe RWP RSP ndc, delivered a lecture at the Officer Career Development Center (OCDC) Buttala on "Leadership Challenges and Commander Experience on 29 November 2021. Ninety Eight student Officers of Junior Command Course No 22 and Senior Command Course No 22 with instructors attended for the lecture. The lecture was based on 35 years experience of Major General Harendra Ranasinghe’s service in battle field and other areas of his military career.
