NEW COMMANDING OFFICER – 19 SLLI ASSUMES DUTIES

Maj TR Weerasinghe RWP USP psc SLLI (O/65910) Assumed duties as the 8th Commanding Officer of the 19th Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry on 3rd February 2025 at the 19 SLLI HQ premises in Dalukana, Manampitiya.

Newly appointed Commanding Officer has received a traditional guard turnout at the camp entrance and assumed duties with blessings. For mark the occasion by planted a sandal wood plant then went on the camp visit after the troop address.
