NEW BRIGADIER GENERAL STAFF 1 CORPS ASSUMES OFFICE

Brigadier DS Horawalavithana WWV RWP RSP ndc assumed duties as the 8th Brigadier General Staff of Headquarters 1 Corps on 11 December 2025. Amidst Pirith Chanting, the new Brigadier General Staff placed his signature in an official document to signify the acceptance of his new appointment.

Senior officers and officers of the Headquarters 1 Corps extended their warm wishes to the newly appointed Brigadier General Staff on the assumption of the duties of the new appointment.
