NEW BRIGADIER GENERAL STAFF 1 CORPS ASSUMES OFFICE

Brigadier RP Munipura RWP RSP assumed duties as the 5th Brigadier General Staff of Headquarters 1 Corps on 05 July 2023. Amidst ‘Pirith Chanting’, new Brigadier General Staff placed his signature in an official document to signify the acceptance of his new appointment.

Senior officers and officers of the Headquarters 1 Corps extended their wishes to the newly appointed Brigadier General Staff on the assumption of the duties of the new appointment.

Brigadier RP Munipura RWP RSP held the appointment of Commandant CTS Ampara prior to his new appointment. Soon after assumption of duties, Brigadier General Staff spoke to the Officers and members of the staff.
