LECTURE ON MATURE LEADERSHIP

A valuable lecture on “Mature Leadership”, was conducted by Lt Col WPK Senerath RWP RSP USP IG, SO I (A) of 1 Corps for Regimental Sergeant Majors, Drill Instructors and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers of 1 Corps and its affiliated Logistics Units, at the headquarters 1 Corps on 25 November 2022.

During the programme, participants were educated on the Concept, Principles and Qualities of Leadership in very effective manner. Apart from the inhouse participants SNCOs of subordinate formations of 1Corps also had an opportunity to join with the lecture via zoom technology.
