FELICITATION CEREMONY TO MAJOR GENERAL WIPULA IHALAGE RWP RSP psc

A felicitation ceremony was held to express congratulations and respect to General Officer Commanding Major General Wipula Ihalage RWP RSP psc, who was recently promoted to the rank of Major General. The Customary events were unfolded on 24 August 2022 at 58 Infantry Division Headquarters premises, Puttalam with participation of officers and other ranks of 58 Infantry Division, RTCC and RTC. Featuring the traditional event, first he received the Guard Turnout and accepted the salute accorded by a Guard of Honor mounted by the 6 VIR battalion.
