DISASTER RELIVING DUTIES

Due to the prevailing weather conditions in the country, emergency situation has risen in various parts. Accordingly, Flood Relief operations and evacuations were conducted at District General Hospital at Chilaw on 30.11.2025. Troops belongs to 6th Vijayabha Regiment under instruction of 1 Corps, 58 Infantry Division, 583 Infantry Brigade. 62 patients were evacuated safely during the rescue mission.
