THE COMMANDER OF 1 CORPS CONDUCTS OFFICIAL VISIT TO AFFILIATED BATTALIONS

The 8th commander of 1 Corps Maj General KHMS Wickramaratne RSP undertook his first official visit to the affiliated battalions on 12 Aug 2025.

During the visit, the Commander visited the 8 SLA, 9 SLE and 1 SLSC battalions. He actively participated in comprehensive briefing sessions conducted by each battalion. Following the briefing sessions, the Commander visited the respective camp premises and held productive interactions with the Commanding Officers. The Commander, 1 Corps provided timely guidance and delivered adaptable instructions to address relevant operational and administrative matters.
