BRIGADIER ADMIN & QUARTERING 1 CORPS, ON FORMAL VISIT TO 7 SRI LANKA ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERS REGIMENT

After relocating of FMA HQ (Kilinochchi) in SFHQ (Central) all its logistic battalions placed under the supervision of Brigadier Admin & Quartering 1 Corps. Hence 7 Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Regiment was visited by the Brigadier Admin & Quartering 1 Corps, Brigadier Asela Amarasekara on 16 June 2022.The Commanding Officer and all Officers of the 7 Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Regiment warmly welcomed the Brigadier Admin & Quartering to 7 SLEME with all military formalities.

In line with formalities the group photograph was taken with the Brigadier Admin & Quartering 1 Corps and he was also invited to leave memories by planting a sapling at the 7 SLEME camp premises. Then briefing was conducted by the CO of 7 SLEME at the CO’s office.

Later, Brigadier Admin & Quartering 1 Corps visited to camp premises and addressed the troops of the 7 SLEME at the Lecture Hall. Finally, left a couple of thoughts and compliments in the visitors’ book before the culmination of the day’s proceeding.
