58 INFANTRY DIVISIONAL TROOPS LAUNCHES BOOSTER VACCINATION DRIVE CONSECUTIVE EIGHTH DAY

The 58 Infantry Division troops are contributed to the National Vaccination Drive Against COVID - 19 pandemic under the programme of “Vaccination Week” for the consecutive eighth day in an around where the divisional troops are being deployed. troops of 581, 582 and 583 Infantry Brigades in coordination with regional health service officers. Vaccination centers were established at Municipal Council, Haputale (581 Infantry Brigade - 545 were vaccinated), Molligada Pravachanodaya Privena, Wadduwa (582 Infantry Brigade - 528 were vaccinated), Pradeshiya Sabawa, Dodangoda (582 Infantry Brigade - 240 were vaccinated), Sri Sunandharamaya Viharaya, Karapitiya, Galle (582 Infantry Brigade - 732 were vaccinated), Nabada Wathura Viharaya (583 Infantry Brigade - 503 were vaccinated), Agrabodi Viharaya Akbowa (583 Infantry Brigade - 385 were vaccinated) areas. The ongoing vaccination drive contributes to the national vaccination drive in order to, achieve its desired objectives.
